On behalf of the organising committees of the Urological Society of Australia and New Zealand 64th Annual Scientific Meeting and the Australian and New Zealand Urological Nurses Society Inc. 16th Annual Meeting, I invite you to participate in the 2011 Meeting, to be held at the Christchurch Convention Centre from 20 – 24 February 2011.

Preparations for our 64th Annual Scientific Meeting are well in hand and our efforts are directed at delivering a meeting that’s action packed and undeniably Kiwi. We are making the most of the Canterbury great outdoors in our choice of venues and when you leave you will know that you have been in the South Island of New Zealand. We are making a point of celebrating our collegiality and we need your participation.

An exciting and informative program is currently being designed with ample social and networking opportunities for sponsors, trade and delegates alike.

This prospectus details a range of options which we trust will give you the flexibility to align the needs of your organisation to activities associated with this Meeting. Early confirmation of your support will ensure an even higher level of exposure. As a sponsor of the 2011 Meeting, your company name and logo will be included in the extensive promotional campaign implemented in the lead up to the Meeting.

Sponsor and exhibitor registrations

All company representatives must be registered and wear a name badge to gain access to the exhibition area. Additional registrations can be purchased at a cost of $A825 (inc. GST). Please refer to the table below which outlines the number of complimentary registrations per sponsorship category, as well as the number of additional registrations that may be purchased:

Each complimentary registration includes the following:

Each additional registration includes the following:

Additional tickets to the gala dinner and welcome reception can be purchased separately.

Complimentary registrations must be completed using the appropriate form - it can not be completed online.

All additional registrations can be completed online and must be paid via credit card. If you wish to pay via cheque or EFT, please download and complete the form below and return via post, fax or email as per the top of the registration form.
